The DRSC Integrative Ortholog Prediction Tool (DIOPT) is a resource for identification of orthologs among human, yeast, worm, zebrafish and fly genomes.
DIOPT results integrate predictions from several different previously reported tools. From a DIOPT results table you can also click to view a protein alignment for a given ortholog pair.
